Shipping policy

It's Not Socks-INS sells SnapCords and clothing and accessories. Shipping arrangements depend on the items ordered and your delivery address.

Shipping charges and destinations

Available delivery options and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. If checkout does not offer shipping to your address, please contact us before placing an order.

SnapCords orders

SnapCords are packed by us and dispatched via our local Post Office within 4 days of placing your order. This is the dispatch window, not the delivery time; postal transit time is additional. If you need an item by a particular date, please email us before ordering so we can confirm whether we can meet your requirements.

All other products

Most of our clothing and accessories are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. Please allow up to 15 days for delivery, including production and shipping. Some items may arrive sooner.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. If you need an item for a particular date, please contact us before ordering so we can advise.

Orders with multiple items

Items fulfilled from different locations may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. SnapCords and products supplied by our production partners may be dispatched separately.

Delivery information

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory delivery, cancellation or refund rights.
